• To provide AI-powered CASPer test practice and personalized feedback
• To improve our platform, develop new features, and enhance user experience
• To process payments and manage subscriptions securely

Casper Coach offers a single paid plan: Full Access, a one-time purchase that grants 90 days of full access. The following terms apply to any purchase you make:

a. One-Time Payment — No Subscription, No Auto-Renewal

Full Access is a one-time payment processed by our payment provider (Stripe). It is not a subscription and it does not automatically renew. You are charged once for the plan, and your access lasts for the access period stated at checkout (currently 90 days). When that period ends, your access simply reverts to the Free plan — there is nothing to cancel, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to make a new purchase.

b. Renewing Access

If you would like to continue with Full Access after your access period ends, you may make a new one-time purchase at the then-current price. Each purchase is separate and only charges you when you complete checkout.

c. Card Ownership & Authorization

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction);
• The payment card or payment method used belongs to you, or you have explicit authorization from the cardholder to use it for this purchase;
• The billing information you provide is accurate, current, and complete;
• You are the person who will use the Casper Coach account associated with the purchase — you are not purchasing on behalf of an unidentified third party.

d. Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Because access begins immediately upon purchase, we do not issue partial refunds for unused days within your access period.

e. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price change will only apply to purchases made after the change takes effect; it does not affect access you have already paid for.

f. Failed Payments

If your payment fails (for example, due to an expired card or insufficient funds), your purchase will not complete and access will not be granted until payment is successfully processed.

g. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us in good faith may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of access.

You have control over your personal data:

• Access & Update: Edit your account details in your profile settings
• Opt-Out of Emails: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
• Delete Your Account: Request account deletion by contacting caspercoachmarketing@gmail.com
