U of T PharmD CASPer and application deadlines for 2027
The faculty says CASPer registration and the PharmD application are separate processes with separate fees and deadlines. Put each date in your calendar with its purpose. A completed OUAC application does not reserve a CASPer sitting, and a CASPer reservation does not complete your OUAC or supplementary form.

January 21 is a final allowable sitting, not a recommendation to wait. The faculty recommends registering at least three days before your intended test date and says it will not accommodate someone who misses that final date. CASPer scores and quartiles for U of T Pharmacy
The faculty's reviewed page says applicants receive a quartile ranking in their Acuity account but does not publish a fixed minimum quartile. It explains that the threshold can fluctuate with the applicant pool. A reported quartile from a forum, friend, or old cycle is not a confirmed admissions cutoff.

The faculty's admissions page correctly controls its program code, dates, ID instructions, and Duet requirement. Its format paragraph, however, describes an older 14-scenario layout. For the standard 2026–27 assessment mechanics, Acuity Insights currently lists 11 scenarios: four video-response scenarios followed by seven typed-response scenarios. Each video question has one minute; each typed scenario has two questions sharing 3.5 minutes.
